I do my best to try everything on (or at least see someone in the store try it on) before I write a description on the item. Let me tell you, I was very pleased when I tried this dress on! It is extremely flattering, especially if you're currently carrying more weight in your mid-section. The stretchy waist band sits right under the bust and extends straight down from there giving the illusion that you are taller. The pleated fabric is comfortable and gives just enough stretch. The ruched design going from the neck to the end of the sleeve is very unique, it's one of the things I was attracted to in this style. The sleeve length is 3/4. This style runs true to size, you also have the options of sizing down if you'd like if you prefer a fitted look.
